The Cavendish Group is a multidisciplinary consultancy that advises on business transformation, strategy and executive search to help organisations create successful operational structures and leadership teams.
We hire the right talent to transform roles and upskill organisations across all sectors. We actively support the sustainability agenda, progression of women into leadership roles and work internationally with both public- and private-sector organisations to create diverse workforces.
To date, our placements have directly overseen over £12 billion in P&L and the management of 40,000 reports. We achieve this by helping organisations empower, motivate and educate their teams with corporate wellness, cultural diversity and executive coaching programmes.
The Cavendish Group focuses largely on green talent and matches industry specialists with companies to elevate its environmental work, messaging and targets – from better sustainability modelling and emissions reductions, to green initiatives and advocacy.
The Cavendish Group is honoured to have been appointed as a delivery partner for The Queen’s Green Canopy. Together we will mark The Queen’s outstanding contribution to sustainability and the skills gap that must addressed to continue this important legacy and meet the UK Government’s ambitious climate action targets.
Our role is to enhance the professional development of the participants – young, unemployed people with a keen interest in horticulture. Our work will equip them with the skills, resources and confidence to successfully complete their horticultural training, work experience placement and move into paid employment.
Our mentorship programme is designed to unlock true potential and encompasses CV review, job search support and social media training through to interview preparation. Our purpose is to empower these young people with the tools they need to grow from strength to strength, thriving within the growing sustainability sector.
Together with The Queen’s Green Canopy, this work will be an important step towards ensuring underprivileged groups are at the heart of the UK’s ambitions to tackle the climate crisis, create green jobs and provide reskilling opportunities to those who need it most.
